Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted on products returned in their original, sealed, and unopened packaging.
- Any product that has been opened, tampered with, or is not in its original sealed bag will not be accepted for return.
Timeframe
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of your order.
- Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Credits, Not Refunds
- We do not offer cash or card refunds.
- Approved returns will be issued as a store credit, which can be used towards any future purchase at Nutrisource Pantry.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
