Our Story
Nutrisource Pantry began as a personal learning journey — a desire to understand wholesome eating and discover simple, affordable ways to add more fibre, legumes, and real nutrition to everyday life.
The business was originally founded by a dedicated home-schooling Mom, Rachelle, under the name Frugal Foods, who laid a beautiful foundation rooted in mindful, nourishing eating. When the opportunity came to carry that torch forward, I took it with both hands — and haven't looked back since.
Our heartbeat has always been the same: to make wholesome pantry staples accessible and budget-friendly, without compromising on quality or goodness.

Two years into the journey, a very dear friend joined me — the founder of The Spice Farm, creator of bespoke spice blends that are also available right here on our website. Together, we share a genuine passion for wholesome eating as a daily lifestyle, not just a trend.
